Refund & Returns Policy

Returns Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unfired products in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Ammunition, primers, and powder (safety reasons)
• Firearms that have been fired or transferred through FFL
• Custom or special-order items

How to Request a Return

Email support@taurusfirearm.net with your order number. We will issue an RMA number and return shipping instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping is non-refundable. A 10% restocking fee applies to returned firearms.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged or defective. We will arrange replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
